What a useless headline. It has as much news value as:

                           TODAY THE SUN ROSE IN THE EAST

The article was also introduced by this headline:

This is not news. This is propaganda.

If Netanyahu said, "I apologize for my war crimes" that would be news.

Why does CBC publish such a meaningless headline? It must be because of an intention to do propaganda.
